Return & Refund Instructions
Please make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered. All tags must still be attached, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - HOW TO RETURN
In order to return a single item or the whole order please write us an email to email@example.com. After we received your email we will send you the return label as well as additional documents if needed (e.g. Pro-Forma Invoice for returns from countries outside the European Union) for free.
The email has to contain the following information:
- name and surname
- order number
- product you want to return (SKU, product name or link)
- reason why you want to return the product:
- too tight
- too wide
- too short
- too long
- value for money
- opinion changed/no need anymore
We are a small team, please allow us 3-5 business days to get back to you on your request via E-Mail. Of course, we aim at replying as fast as possible though. Thank you for your understanding.
Insert the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging. Close the package securely and attach the label provided by us for the return shipment to the package.
Only for returns from countries outside the European Union:
Please also attach the export documents we will provide via email.
Insert 3 copies of the Return Pro-Forma Invoice in a see-through envelope and attach it to the package, without closing it.
Drop of your package at a DHL-/UPS-Shop or contact the delivery service (dhl.com/ups.com) to arrange the pick-up of your package to be returned.
Once your return reaches us, please allow 5 to 8 business days for your return to be processed. All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible.
Currency, account and payment method as used for original purchase.
